Preparation of Quotations from client issued drawings.
- Detailed 'Take-Off' of clients Pipework / Bracket requirements for shop prefabrication.
- Procurement of all materials and free availability advice.
- Prefabrication in carbon and stainless steel pipework and fittings from 15mm to 600mm.
- Welding to BS2971 Class II standards by individually Certificated Welders.
- Cutting to length and screwing 15mm to 150mm tube BSP or NPT threads to appropriate British or US Standards.
- Roll-grooving 25mm to 600mm tube in accordance with grooving standards.
Spray Painted / Oven Baked finish to red oxide, zinc phosphate, gas yellow or specific RAL gloss finish.
- Galvanising After Manufacture hot dip process where required.
- Powder Coated finish of materials to customers specific requirements.
- Radius Rolling of pipework to customers specific requirements.
- NDT / X-Ray Radiographic Testing where required.
- Transport to site in versatile company vehicles ( see resources / stock )
